HVAC Contracting

We have significant experience in data centre design and construction, where the ventilation and air cooling system is fundamentally different from the normal operation of buildings to do its function. In simple terms, data centres produce a lot of heat, which must be cooled. For technological equipment, primarily the servers and especially significant loads, it is critical to determine the optimal operating temperature. In addition, it is important to ensure the cooling capacity and optimal use of the desired microclimate. We have special technology, the latest generation of equipment, highly –qualified specialists with experience in the system design and installation.

Air Handling Plant

An air handler, air handling unit (AHU) or an air handling plant is used to regulate and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system.

Air Distribution Ductwork

A duct or air distribution system is used for cooling and heating and is a collection of tubes that distribute the heated or cooled air to different rooms or spaces. The supply side delivers the conditioned air through individual room registers.

Exhaust Ventilation

The definition of a local exhaust ventilation (LEV) system is an engineering control system to reduce exposure to airborne contaminants such as dust, mist, fumes, vapour or gas in the workplace by sucking any airborne contaminants out of the workplace, making the air cleaner.

Combustion Air Ventilation

Combustion Air is supplied to combustion appliances and is used in the combustion of fuels. Combustion Ventilation ensures the air is purified by bringing in fresh air from the outside into the furnace and/or hot water heater.

Comfort Cooling Systems

A Comfort Cooling System cools and dehumidifies the supply air dependent on the outside air temperature, compared to a more expensive thermostatically controlled air conditioning system. The reduction in room temperature varies dependant on the amount of heat gain within the building and the amount of air provided by the ventilation system.

Air Source Heat Pump

An Air Source Heat Pump System (ASHP) is a system which transfers heat from outside into a building or vice versa. Under the principles of vapour compression refrigeration, an ASHP uses a refrigerant system involving a compressor and a condenser to absorb heat.
